The heart is a very delicate organ. You own the heart to protect and take care of it. Undeniably, the heart controls your whole body and mind too. When you are about to succeed in something, the heart gives you the tranquility and focus for your body and mind to gear towards it. But when the heart is affected, the impact is spread to the whole body and mind too. Find the stressor or the source of stress, lay out a plan on how to deal with it. Sometimes it is you that has to change to change how things are. Or it can be multifactorial. Whatever it is, at the end of the day, what's done is done. Life moves on. And be better and improve. One of the biggest things you can do for yourself is to admit the mistakes that you've done. Don't deny the reality. Then, move on. And to remember Allah the Almighty.
